  • 21 conditions (life threatening cancer, carcinoma -in-situ, stage A prostate cancer, aortic surgery, aplastic anemia, blindness, benign brain tumor, coma, coronary artery bypass graft surgery, deafness, dismemberment, heart attack, heart valve replacement, kidney failure, loss of speech, major organ transplant, occupational HIV infection, paralysis, severe burns, stroke, traumatic head injury)

  • 18 conditions -without life threatening cancer, carcinoma -in-situ, stage A prostate cancer


Some companies offer even 25 conditions

Example: 3 conditions, $25,000 with return of premium incorporated

for 45 year women is around $28/month and for men is around $43/month.
