How does critical illness insurance work?

For most of the situations, after the conditions occur you will request the doctor's referral to submit to the life insurance company, or in some situations, you will be required a second opinion from another doctor. Based on this info the life insurance company will pay you the sum insured and the insurance will end.

Of course, there is an option of critical insurance where you are paid for as many time as you have occurrences and I would be more than happy to give you more info about this option, if interested

Example: 3 conditions, $25,000 with return of premium incorporated

for 45 year women is around $28/month and for men is around $43/month.
